Im a Floyd hater to the bone
I want him to prove that he is the best of this era by fighting the best of this era. He hasnt fought SSM or Cotto. He avoided Margs and is avoiding Pwill. Just because he beat Oscar at a good weight doesnt make him the automatic cash cow nor does it make him great. He wsa great up until140. He avoided lots of fighters. I think he should have fought SSm, Cotto, Margs, already
he should have chosen Berto or Collazo as his tune up come back fight not make a man gain 9 pounds at fight at a weight that he has never fought at before. Then be unprofessional and not make the weight. You and I both know that he never intended to make the weight.
Floyd is really good but to be great you have to take risks and prove you are the best and he has not done that.
I think SSM beats him because he cant hurt Shane and Shane will pressure him and tag him a lot more than people think
but I beleive Floyd can beat all the rest.
But will he do it?

Truth be told, I'm probably a bigger fan of Floyd's and have been following him longer than you, but we'll leave that for another thread.

I don't see the point of trying to persuade people to believing Floyd is a great fighter by chronicling his entire career to prove his haters wrong. You'll never convince people. Everyone knows how great he is, people just want him to fight the best fighters in the world. The Floyd crazies make all these Grey areas that are so unnecessary and you guys just make Floyd look even worse.

Is he considered one of the best fighters today? Yes

Should he also fight the best fighters in the world? Yes

I bet if Floyd decided to fight Berto or Collazo instead of JMM some people would claim he ducked the small guy cos he don't wanna fight someone as skilled as JMM lol some of the hate some fighters get on here is mad!

Anyway that was a good post pretty accurate also. Let's just hope that after November 14th we can seriously start to get excited about a winner vs Mayweather fight!
