I'm listening to the radio right now and honestly it just sounds RA was
    hating on Floyd a lil.

RA The Rugged man didn't own Floyd. I do agree that Floyd should fight
top guys and stop making money an issue because like RA said, Floyd has
      money already.

Anyone who trains hard every day knows overtraing is a common problem. I fight amateur and semi pro unlicensed, and train hard 4-5 times for 2 hours a week, and reguarly feel like my body needs a rest. Pac trains like a demon, non stop every day for hours, sparring 15 rounds. obviously u can over train come fight night. its one of the most common things fighters can do wrong. what do you know u fat f**k??
LOL, one guy talked about overtraining as non-existent, and you went ballistic! i love reading reactions like ths!

There is no such thing as overtraining -- there is training done incorrectly, there is bad nutrition(as I suspect none of you fucks know anything about right nutrition) and there is lack of correctly done rest.
This subject has been discusses about thousand times and if you ever cared to drop by training and nutrition forum there are numerous threads on the subject of "overtraining".
So, go on, live in your little wonderland.
Haha 14 yr old ******? I'm clearly not the one living in wonderland here. I'm in my twenties and I train hard, spar 3 times a week and fight usually once a week. next year i will be entering the national UK ABA championships. how many fights have u had mate? i know plenty about nutrition, i weigh 200pounds and my body fat is 11%. I don't need to spend half my life on internet forums to validate my knowledge on boxing or nutruition, believe me. Another thing, although you seem to know a little more about regular training than you originally indicated with your cretinous statement, you have completely contradicted yourself: you say there that incorrectly done rest is a factor - the whole point of this original thread was pac's teams giving him a day of rest because he had been training so hard....if he didn't rest properly, then this would lead to 'overtraining'. YOU COMPLETE ****ING DUNCE.

But my point is this...Pac weight something like 154 on fight night against DLH, so it could be possible

Pac didn't weigh 154 for DLH. He weighed 146 and DLH weighed 148.
