No such thing as overtraining?? What a ******. You are obviously a 'weak and lazy' person who sits at home all day in front of his computer. Anyone who trains hard every day knows overtraing is a common problem. I fight amateur and semi pro unlicensed, and train hard 4-5 times for 2 hours a week, and reguarly feel like my body needs a rest. Pac trains like a demon, non stop every day for hours, sparring 15 rounds. obviously u can over train come fight night. its one of the most common things fighters can do wrong. what do you know u fat f**k??
well said apollo. most fans on these forums are ******* who have never sparred a round in their life. theyre like mma fanboys that think just by watching one fight, they suddenly know it all. im sure theyd get ****d if they sparred someone, once they get their head snapped back by a jab then its a reality check. you can look good hitting a bag but remember that bags dont hit back. as for overtraining, it happens so much it really sucks because the human body can only take so much that giving it time to rest and heal is essential for top notch performance. i remember reading here that roach let pacman rest for a day and the next day he looked very good and sharp. besides thats how the body works, you punish it, let it heal and when it heals, it heals to adjust to whatever kind of training you are doing, how else do you think muscles grow or people get faster or stronger?

True, rest is essential in a athlete's trainning. Plus when the body get at its peak is hard to sustain it for a long period of time
Did you guys see Pacquiao on Jimmy Kimmel Show last night... He sings like a *****. Horrible!!! I was laughing my ass off. While Manny is singing gay songs, Cotto is training like a beast.
Sorry *******s but your homeboy is getting knocked out. And this Alex Arizza dude sounds like he's a fudge packer. He sounds mad gay when he talks. Bunch of fruit cakes.
Not true. P4P is defined as a boxer's skills that would be the best regardless of weight-class.

nah it's more on accomplishment, quality of opponents and the way you win fights. boxing skills though is the fighter's main weapon to be a successful fighter.

I am just curious, it is your first post, did you specifically make an account to reply to my statement?
