    Regardless. Leonard was a heavy underdog and some people feared for his life. There's just no feasible way of discrediting that fight.

          But he thought he would win is why he took it, I dont think he had that perspective before then, even went as far as to have a ceremony discouraging Hagler saying the fight will never happen. Those odds were because of the five year layoff and were a respectable, considering the layoff, 3-1 by fight time. I still hold Leonard in the utmost esteem, still.

              You can not please everyone trying to please the fans is usually not something that is easy to do and control while being successful.

              Boxing is a selfish sport, I feel it is better to have Floyd's attitude for long term success then an attitude like Manny has.

              Worry about yourself, take care of business and let the chips fall where they may in that regard.

                the thing is that floyd claim that he's the best ever but he's fighting bums, B and C fighters and LWs

                      Floyd has had a quality career, he has put his whole life into the sport of boxing so how he thinks about himself is of little concern to me.

                      Besides confidence is huge in boxing, if he can think like that it only helps him in the ring. The brain is an amazing thing.
