    over training? how's that?

Too much, too hard, too fast, can cause a fighter to reach his peak before the fight happens, and it's damned tough to maintain that peak for more than a few days.

Not saying that is the case, just a possibility.

like Manny out weight him on fight night? Come on man!
then give credit to where it is due bro...manny did his job de la hoya didnt...pac beat ODLH because ODLH has a different mindset...its not pacs fault...but u have to admit that he looked sensational in that fight....there should be no excuses...

Manny has been training like since he trained with freddie roach. When cotto started training more than one month ahead of pacquiao, manny said, "good, so that during fight time he won't be able to punch"

Manny is implying that cotto may overtain, he is very much aware of the burn out thing that's why he started training less than two months before the fight. As for the hard training that he's having right now, he's used to that. I think he's still young enough to withstand that kind of punishment without being burned out.

Manny looked Flawless in that fight and in the Hatton one
as well as the Diaz one. Manny is a very good boxer and
I can't take that away from him or deny it. I am just speaking
on what it is and eventhough Manny spanked Oscar, Oscar
still was drained and that's the truth.

What I meant by that that they were banking on Manny being the smaller guy on all demensions as an advantage. It didn't turn out that way, underestemating and saying that he is the smaller man is ignorant to do.

IMO I think ODLH fell into Freddie's mind game and wanted to prove him that he was gonna beat Pac. ODLH may have thought that his size advantage and experience was enough to just run over Manny. He had no plan B, it was ODLH that got ran over

For ODLH Freddie had a little more inside info since he trained him. He said that ODLH could pull the trigger any more and that Calderon boxed him silly. Also he observe him during training, so he really got under ODLH skin. I always say let your fists do the talking, words don't mean anything once you are in that ring
