He has tools. Problem is that both Usyk and Holyfield came up through CW whe they were deep in talent. Both those men took on real tests and were battle tested when they braved the 200+ division. This era of CW looks thin right now. There is some young talent, so maybe the CW division just needs to grow into itself. But it sure looks like there are good boxers at the top and then a cliff all the way down to irrelevance If that is true, anyone with success at CW who tries to step up will find the going way beyond what they are mentally prepared for at the next division up.

Its now or never for him beterbiev is getting injured all the time and will age out and retire. If his management turn that fight down then they just are afraid to lose the guy is almost 30 he isnt green hes just limited
personally i rather not see beterbiev fight him, i know a 35 year old beterbiev mauls him so if beterbiev loses its from age. I dont see him beating the beter who just fought. i mean if bivol's footwork, defense, stamina and distance control cant keep beter from walking him down late rounds I dont see how opertai can, he is larger but he dont have the same defense or footwork, beter fought at 200 before and his stamina is insane he just keeps coming his opponents are always gassed late if they are still standing

That sounds about right
And I also don’t think he has a chance against Artur now let alone when he was 35

Looking past David Nyika would be very foolish in my opinion.
I'm not sure how much upside Nyika has, but he was a very solid amateur and has impressed in the pros with obvious talent.
I'm sure Jai Opetaia himself isn't looking past David but fans are.
Im a big fan of Jai but frankly I'm not sure who wins this fight because Nyika is too much of an unknown and while I haven't seen anything to convince me he beats Jai yet, I haven't seen anything that convinces me he loses either.
