I wonder if there is trouble in Tank’s camp, especially after that odd social media post that his trainer Calvin Ford put out. It’s weird how Tank never publicly singles Ford out for praise or raises him up the way other top fighters do to their trainers.

Ford doesn’t seem to really be appreciated by Tank, even though he’s been his trainer pretty much since Tank started boxing as a kid - and even then Tank left him for Broner”s trainer briefly before coming back.

It struck me how when Tank was going through his legal trouble and needed someplace to do his house arrest sentence - which he ended violating the terms of, anyway - Ford told the judge Tank could stay at his apartment.

Apartment??? All the money Tank has made during his career and he hasn’t paid his trainer enough for him to be able to have a respectable-sized house - while Tank lives in some luxury Baltimore residence?

Anyway, let’s hope Tank’s not playing games and this fight really is off.
