He has to be most accomplished out of all the 30 to 37 age range of this Era. I still don't think he is the most skilled. I still rate Crawford and Loma higher in skills.

Loma had to fight out of his weight and Crawford didn't really have the chance to prove he was the greatest by beating others in their prime.

"(T)here’s not one thing about him where you can say, ‘Oh my God, he’s so great" - Teddy Atlas

I'll name four: vision, whole body movement, timing & ACCURACY.

Hasn’t Usyk been fighting out of “his weight” at HW the last couple years?

Hell, Fury outweighed him by almost half a Loma in their last fight!

Doesn't Usyk have the advantage in "Speed", is able to move easier due to less weight bein carried, probably has more endurance by being smaller, compared to Other heavyweights? Remember Mike Tyson was only 5 '10" 220 lbs with tremendous speed to generate power. So "weight" in not always an advantage, otherwise Butterbean would have been the GOAT.

It's different in the lower weight classes. Those small pounds make a difference.
Per your Logic Loma should be able to keep moving up, weights Doesn't matter.

If you put Usyk vs Loma at 130 or vs Crawford at 140, Usyk does not beat them. I'm comparing "Skill" level. That was my "opinion" in my comment.
Yes, Usyk is the most accomplished of the 3.
