You have to prove you have no challenge at ww not assume and not only does he have a challenge at ww, but real threats that can and will khtfo.
If he retires with an "0" he'll also retire with "0" credibility. The only reason Marciano has an "0" is because he died, not avoided the toughest threats, but back in those days there was respect and honorablility for the sport. Gayweather has none of that...

Floyd will retire undefeated and without fighting a TOP welterweight
He is definitely going to retire undefeated.. not because he is the best but because he wont fight any TOP welterweights in their prime. To be the best beat the best. Cotto, Pacquaio, Williams all will whup Floyd so we dont have to worry about those fights. Williams called out Floyd a week ago.. what was Floyds response?
Originally posted by Mr. President View PostBased on how much better he is then the competition right now and the fact that he has too much pride to continue fighting for pay cheques once he's passed his prime (ie: Holyfield) i expect him to still have the 0 on his record when he retires. The only fighters who pose a threat to him in boxing you'd have to go back in time to find because Pac or Mosley arent gonna give him any problems and he's levels above anyone else in his division.
But this is boxing and anything can happen (one of the judges in the Floyd/Oscar fight scoring the fight for Oscar) so i wouldnt rule it completely out of the question. But what do you think? Will the P4P king retire undefeated or do you think he'll lose sometime in his career?

The Punisher called out Mayweather.. response please.
The Punisher.. Paul Williams. I noticed you didnt mention his name.
Originally posted by Mr. President View PostThen who's gonna be the one to beat him? Shane "My tooth hurts and i need a vacation" Mosley? That overrated hype machine Pacquiao? I find that very unlikely.

And you go from "fight someone his own size" to what was his best win at Welterweight?
You're so
Roy Jones use to say he's the best, why didn't he fight the best Cruiserweights out there? He has fought as high as Heavyweight? What's the matter Roy? can't fight guys your own size?
i don't know one achieves greatness in boxing by proving you're #1 p4p, then getting yourself in fights against bums and smaller men
