Comments Thread For: Saudi Arabia's February 22 card a bettors' and boxers' paradise

After years of comfortable favorites accompanied by betting lines of -500 or greater in championship bouts, the six-fight Saudi Arabia pay-per-view broadcast has just one prohibitive favorite, with the rest viewed as near pick-ems.

Honestly that's probably true. If the fights happen in Saudi then that means there's less Vegas influence in turn they can't rig it unless turki himself has a say. Danm the whole crookedness of boxing took a hit.

Pbc can't give gift decisions to the thugs no mo

Somewhere in the US Al Haymon hugs Charlo on a leather sofa and cries.

Jeez, still cant believe that card is real. Its absurd Thinking bout putting some money on 4 underdogs,Bivol, Callum, Adames and Schofield , the later being the real longshot but it pays +800, I'll rather wait till fight week with that one lol.

Didn't see that but makes sense - if Parker, who is a lesser boxer than Kabayel can out-box and out-last Zhang then Kabayel should have it easier against an older (and more likely to gas) Zhang.
Not a great matchup for Zhang or fans - I would like to see Zhang vs Dubois or Joshua - would make for a better fight. Bakole vs Zhang would be a disaster for Zhang.

The end of PBC, Golden Boy, Don King and Top Rank is nigh.
All roads lead to Saudi Arabia. Hopefully Turki will have every fighter on the planet under his banner so we the fans can see the fights we should be getting.

It is a fun card.... and I would lose every penny because that is how I roll.
