Ohara Davies literally turned his back on Josh Taylor & quit, he is therefore the last human on Earth qualified to judge him. Idiot.

Just retire and disappear back into the void. Josh is a big boy and twice the fighter you are, he'll sort himself out

Said by Ohara Davies, the same guy who blamed getting knocked out in 1 round by a 100 year old Barrosso on air conditioning in his hotel...

Davies is an insignificant local who is now a non-entity. Besides, we have enough damn boxers with the Davies name....can't keep up with them all!!

Josh doesn't look like a joke to me. He's not what he was but he got closer to Cat than Rooroo. He has a few miles left.

Taylor should of moved up to 147 soon as he became undisputed. Guys been struggling at the 140lb limit for years. He's got a big gangly kinda frame and he tends to balloon in weight after fights aswell so shifting probably 30lbs of weight in camp everytime has probably took its toll, and also reoccurring injury's to his knees

Josh Taylor's resume vs world title winning opponents:
W vs Miguel Vazquez KO 9
W vs Viktor Postol UD 12
W vs Ivan Baranchyk UD 12
W vs Jose Carlos Ramirez UD 12
L vs Teofimo Lopez UD 12

And, of course, he stopped Davies and he had the robbery win vs Catterall and the loss vs Catterall.

Davies vs world title winning opponents:
L vs Josh Taylor TKO 7
W vs Miguel Vazquez PTS 10 (FLAGRANT ROBBERY)

Also lost to Catterall and got stopped by Barroso and Azim.

So I'm thinking Davies should just shut his damn mouth. His best career "win" was one of the worst robberies I've ever seen against Vazquez, who was already a 7 loss washed fighter 5 years out from his title reign.

Taylor wanted to move up & fight either Spence or Crawford, then retire. The machinations of making Spence v Crawford took forever & meant Josh had to do something in the meantime, either defend his title at 140 or vacate & officially step up to 147. Josh knew that if he relinquished his title he would have to earn a shot at 147 which was very difficult, particularly since you got one bad MoFo at 147 called 'Boots' & Josh don't want to go near that. So Josh has chosen to stay at 140 which he honestly can't make without hurting himself. Is it.

Ohara has no business critiquing Taylor's career and recommending a retirement plan for Josh
