If Bob had his way most championship bouts between two champions would happen on the shuffle board courts at the old age home. We laugh at Wilder against Joshua, but that line up you just proposed sells a TON of PPV. Although I kind of want to see the 2 young guns against each other, so I would flip (pun 100% intended) Hrgovic to Parker and open with Kabayel and Bakola.
