They knew he was juicing, but the bag was far more important to Bill.

Consider this: Everyone gets hit in boxing, but Garcia was juiced and was bigger and stronger than normal. So maybe, just maybe, the first big shot that he landed on Haney hurt him enough to where he was loopy and not able to properly defend against the second big shot that landed. And so, it may have gone with each subsequent landed punch. People talk about Haney is weak and got his ass beat by Garcia, but he stayed and fought to the end vs a mofo who had a PED-induced unfair size and strength advantage.

Based on the majority of comments here, the only way Haney will make mega bucks again is if he stars in his own comedy TV show called - "Nobody likes Devin".

It's not my money, so I couldn't care less. I'd still be curious to see the outcome, though. But I don't expect it to be swift. And I don't know if he can even get a sympathetic jury when he could have fought Barbosa instead who was ready as a replacement. You took the money worth probably 20x the yearly income of anyone in that court and thought it's going to be easy.

And as for the PEDs issue, how are you going to prove it's that tiny amount of substance in Garcia's body that made him win the fight? How?

Bill and Devin knew he was juicing, but the bag was too good to pass up. Now by suing, they get the opportunity to double-dip. Makes Devin look incredibly soft and Bill look like a bootleg Butch Lewis.

I won't elaborate, I should have said they're not winning this case, I can tell you this the battery charges will be thrown out as soon as the defending attorney gets the case.
