I scored 200 points & was only one of 3 or 4 who picked Dubois. I went x5 because I was convinced Dubois had finally taken the next step in his career. I posted this prior to the fight in another thread. Season 1 i finished 4th on the last day & it was my x5 pick of Parker over Zhang that put me into striking distance of a top 3 finish. My x5 pick on Wilder over Zhang in season 2 hurt me. Getting that x5 underdog pick right really gives you a solid chance of finishing high in the standings.

I thought the turning point in Dubois’ career was when he was watching the Usyk fight replay. Low or not he realized he could hurt the best HW on the planet & i am convinced at that point he realized he could hang with the big boys. He knows he let Usyk off the hook & that is when the light went off in his head. I wrote him off after the Lerena fight so this turn around is unexpected & proves that you can never count out a big punching HW. Just look at what Wladimir Klitschko did after the Sanders & Brewster fights. Roy Jones Jr. compared him to Butterbean. Called Wlad a 4 round fighter who will never go anywhere. Foreman was the only one who said Wlad could still be great. Oleg Maskaev is another example…

Sorry to bother you with an extra call-out, gentlemen. Thanks to our friend SceneBoxer's heads up, I realized that I had forgotten to count Dubois' additional x2 when doing the maths yesterday. All of you who picked Dubois have made more points than I had given you. Now the table is updated, with the correct totals, in the post #51.
