I say yes because the two fighters; Israil Madrimov and Saul Alvarez have two completely different styles and fight nothing alike.

Besides, Bud will bring his A game against Canelo because he knows what to expect. However, against Madrimov; He was fighting an unknown fighter with a prolific amateur career but not a professional one.

Therefore, he hadn’t the slightest clue of what type fight he was getting himself into.

Bud should avoid canelo if he wants to retire undefeated, but if he wants a huge canelo payday then go for it but he will lose.

If Bud feels like he can (still) beat Canelo, I'm all for that fight. Folks want Bud to face a lineup of boxers at 154. He's close to calling it a career. He really only wants one fight. Why not face Canelo? And then win, lose, or draw...call it a day.

Boots has nothing to offer to Crawford. Bud wants legacy and money. Boots offers neither. Clean up 154, become undisputed in a third weight division and retire. Nothing else to achieve. That is more than anyone has ever accomplished anyway.

Buds resume isn't as in depth as many greats in past..So maybe having a win in resume that's better than Anyone else, or better than the greats with more depth to resume maybe bud can go for it.
Or maybe fighting the nastiest 160 fighter. Beating the nastiest fighter in your 5th weight class is probably going to be better than many greats in the past
