One of the best dammm boxers in the game and no one knows him! He’s got loads of talent and good legs plus youth and they avoiding him for a reason.

Exactly who is avoiding him ???
I recall him refusing a fight with Benny who imo he beats easily

It’s gonna be interesting to see how Morrell does in his 175 lb debut. “Hot Rod” is a good first test.

I'm down on Whittaker's chances. The guy has no power for top of division. Morrell would terrorise him. Bivol too

Nobody cares about him in Cuba. His fights are banned and with the exceptions of some computer hackers, no one will watch the fight. He´s a traitor in their eyes. He should campaign in Miami, that´s were his people are.

You have to wonder whether Morrell could carry that fire power in the higher weights. David Benavidez failed to impress in his last fight with a non-prime Gvozdyk in the light heavy. He was getting peppered with hard punches in that fight. And now he can't decide whether to stay in that division.

Except an unknown Kalajdzic is lower-level compared to Oleksandr, so we can't really compare.

Say what you will but Hot Rod only lost to the upper echelon of light heavyweights
Imo , this being a decent enough test to really know where Morrell is

Fuck yes, Morrell. It's been a while since I've watched such a fun fighter at the higher weights. He's got a great presence to him.

The battle of the Davids needs to happen soon.

I don't think most of those shots from Gvozdyk were very hard at all. Gvozdyk looked like he was trying not to hurt him all night.
