    Is this sarcasm ???
If it was easy then obesity wouldn’t exist
    Drugs are almost always needed
    It IS easy.

    Drugs are NEVER required.

People without debilitating injuries that are 300+lbs eat fast food and sit on their asses all day.

That is why they are that fat.

That is the ONLY way to get that fat.

Why do people insist on saying that the Ruiz win vs Joshua was one of the biggest upsets in the history of the division? Ruiz had a great record, never been KOed or dropped, was robbed in a title fight vs Parker in the latter´s home country, and had the Mexican warrior mentality whist Joshua was the typical Afro-Brit overhyped by the media, just like the Afro-Americans. Joshua was almost KOed by a 41 year old Klitchsko, who by the way pressed most of the fight.

Just pointing out that there is VADA for this bout.
He was also arrested for car *******, it might have been his own pickup truck that had gotten repossessed!
Which he was trying to get back, but he got physical in the process of illegally getting property that no longer belonged to him.
Things aren't going to turn out well for this knucklehead. He's a straight up imbecile.

I agree, Ruiz and Joshua are just about on par as fighters, save for the UK media darling aspect.

In fact, the tepid decision win for AJ simply doesn't compare to Ruiz blasting him out in their first fight. Ruiz leads their series, and not by a little!

As for Miller - Not nearly enough respect shown here IMO.
The guy who just edged him while he was 333 lbs is now a world champion (of sorts). Thats all Joshua and Ruiz ever were. He was a top 5 kickboxer while learning to fight and remains now one of the best in the world in the combat sport major leagues.

PEDS....Meh. i don't care. Those don't make a bad fighter great. Everybody who repents deserves another chance.
Loosing the VERY winnable Joshua fight was PLENTY of punishment.

            Great match up.

I think Miller wasted his money on the peds. I think he's wasting his time losing weight. He always pushed his punches and if we ever saw him off of drugs, I couldn't tell the difference. He has a motor just like Andy. Can Andy chop down a 300 pound tree?

That's the only one that I know personally. I don't really know any other obese people . Losing 45 pounds when you weigh over three hundred is not remotely the same as losing 45 lbs when you only weigh 200 . You don't need drugs to do it. I was going to use dieting down for a body building contest as an example but that's different because you're trying to save muscle at the same time , and everyone's juiced up anyway.

Well from my readings and my understanding , it’s not as simple as you put it but I get the gist , easier to lose weight without drugs when your a big boy
It’s also keeping it off and continuing your diet exercise or wtv
