Alarm bells should be ringing when the likes of Miller loose that much weight in the run up to a fight. Just like they should ring when a near 300lb guy maintains an unbelievably high punch rate well into the fight. If his performance against Ruiz is leagues better than against Dubois in such a short space of time questions should be asked given his track record.
Eh, that logic is pretty flawed - his performance SHOULD be leagues better if he loses 10%-20% of his excess body fat. Because he wont be morbidly obese, he should have more stamina and move around the ring better.
It's VERY easy for a guy walking around at 330lbs to get down to around 290 - drugs are not required.

Is this sarcasm ???
If it was easy then obesity wouldn’t exist
Drugs are almost always needed

When you're huge and obese , 45 lbs isn't really that much. For instance , 45lbs off of a 380 lb man is hardly even noticeable. I have a friend who weighed over 500 lbs , it wasn't until he'd lost a couple of hundred pounds that you could tell that he was losing weight. My friend is down from close to 600lbs to 180. It's an incredible transformation. He just cut out carbs and started walking, no drugs , surgery, etc.
