Live vs tv is a huge difference! You know I noticed that the compubox numbers have been very odd in the last few years, weirder by the fight. Also, I noticed a delay in punch connects recently. I wonder if they have multiple people watching a fighter, with compubox, and they have to agree on a landed shot for it to count. It seems like they don’t score body, shoulder, or chest shots a lot.

I say give em a rematch!

Me personally i could have cared less they could have given the win to Tesawhore if they wanted to the fight was not interesting..... but i wish they would do something about the way the fights are called it is so clear who the computators want to win and try to manufacture the fight in there own way on the air. And STOP with the damn split screens all night long first i have to turn the sound off bc of Tesawhore then the split screen bc they run so many damn commercials they have to do round by round reviews during the fight, or show Soshure warming up who cares. Blow the whole thing up ..............schiiit show on steroids ...

I had Foster winning, and my reaction to the scores remain the same as it did on fight night. Conceicao outworked Foster and judges are basically blind.

They don’t have the luxury of seeing all sorts of angles, replays, punch stats, and getting swayed on what to think and what to see by biased ringside announcers.

They saw one guy throw 700 punches and the other guy throwing 400. To them, they could’ve seen 300 punches land by Conceicao, to Foster’s 150.

Another way I felt in rbr thread is that neither fighter showed anything amazing offensively. Neither of them. I’ll be the first to admit that I was absolutely swayed by punch stats and ringside announcers, but I also realized that neither fighter did anything worthwhile in there. I wasn’t THAT swayed by numbers and announcers. I noticed it was actually a sh/t fight with poor offense from both fighters.

One criteria for judging a fight is “ effective aggression.” Just because Conceicao was aggressive, doesn’t mean it was effective which it definitely wasn’t. Foster put on a defensive boxing clinic. I’m not a fan of fighters style like Foster or Shakur and definitely wouldn’t pay to watch them, but as uninterested as I am with their style. they both won last Saturdays With Shakur, I shut the TV off after 6-7 rounds because I knew his take no risk style for me is too F-in boring.

To Bob Arum, one minute you’re having meltdown in the ring regarding the judges decision in the Taylor vs Catterall fight which the judges scored correctly, and the next minute Foster gets clearly robbed, and your old tired arse thinks the Foster fight was close.Take you’re old tired arse out of boxing.

It would be a very interesting experiment to sit 3 regular ass, random ass fans at ringside and not give them any access to replays, color commentary, or punch stats and see what they come up with in a fight. They can’t even look at the big screen to watch slow motion replays. And then we’ll see how blind they are compared to people watching at home or fans watching from a better angle.

But that just goes to show flawed judging in boxing is.

Brazil is a huge country , with lots of people and Conceicao is an " Olympic hero" .

Speaking of Brazil. Remember Acelino Popo Freitas ?

I agree , that split screen stuff is ridiculous. Shrinking the fight so we can see the trainers ? Come on man, that's terrible. I don't mind hearing the trainers but I don't want to see them at the expense of the fight.
Trainer Trax lasts just long enough for Tim or Joe to go drop a deuce , or spark one up in the transmission truck. Coincidence ?
