That was a reel ko. I think Yoelvis fought in that event too.

Have you guys noticed that silence is their reward when a Cuban does something spectacular? The funny thing is coceres dropped and went 12 rounds with berlanga, nine with pacheco, and eleven with saunders for the vacant WBO 168 belt. He, Iglesias, Is fighting this coming Saturday again.

We don't have the fan base that our fighters talent deserves. It's weird to me that Cubans aren't rabid boxing fans for the most part. It's weird to me that everyone in the world isn't a boxing fan to be honest. How can someone not love boxing ? Maybe we're the weird ones.

I don't think we're the weird ones. Remember the hardship our countrymen goes through when coming to this, or any country for that matter. The first few years is work, get ahead, worry about the family you left and so on, it is about priorities, beside, Cuban fighters were followed from the Island and had made their names international, Kid Chocolate, Gavilan, Napoles, Tunero, Ramos etc. You see Morrell Jr in Minnesota, Iglesias in Canada, Scull in Germany they all have large following, hey I'm the #1 Barrera fan, and I'm Cuban. Boxing has changed with the new generation and the fans too, they for the most part follow a name, not the game.
