Most young American "stars" are frauds. We know about fraud Haney and Gervonta, but who else?

Being a fraud is one thing. Refusing to face good fighters that will pay is another. Boxing might be in the process of forcing some frauds out, or others will jump ahead of him in the line.

Frauds with belts, their managers, and are adopting to the new power brokers in boxing giving the fans the fights they want. And I am happier as a fan.

I don't think Carwford is a fraud on talent. The man can fight. Will he move up to super welter or middle? He has feasted of a poor welter weight division. He could retire or give the fans what they want. They money will be there.

Haney IS a weight bully but he made the weight at the weigh in. If he was drained and lost that would not have been an excuse. Haney is not the first and won't be the last fighter to do this and I am not a Haney fan.

The contracts to fight Davis with a contracted rehydration is signed by the other fighter. They can not sign the contract or renegotiate that. Money is a big incentive so most sign. Pac did it many times and did it to Cotto but at the end he signed and got a beating.

Even with all that if you can't see those are talented fighters you have not been watching boxing for a long time.

tank and canelo took the ball manny and floyd handed to them and ran with it. they went even farther with rigging their fights, partly because they had to since they werent as good and partly because they could. the precedent had been set. soon all tank opponents will have to fight with catchweights, rehydration clauses, pillow gloves, kenny bayless as ref, etc...gotta go 100 percent
