All of the factors considered, the weight, now possible proof of PED usage, I think it should be ruled a NC. The weight thing was bad enough but Haney agreed to fight still, he never agreed to fight a guy on PEDs though.

Ryan is a clown, but roids no roids, outcome would be the same. Haney biggest problem was Garcia speed, Haney needs to come to terms that he's a good, but not a great fighter.
