I know all of this and so did he, there's a reason he needed his ram head in there.

Floyd isnt a natural welter, so why do you want him to fight a natural welter.

neither was Shane, nor Dlh, nor PAC.....WHAT IS YOUR POINT... Hell SRL first fight was at jr welter...Roy was not a natural super middle or light heavy...Evander was not a natural heavy....Ali fought or light heavy in the olmpics..Duran fought at 130-135...Hell arguello fought pryor immediately for his 4th title opportunity...

I agree the rankings are crazy but they should all be call fakers since none will face P williams.
My rankings go as such.

1. P Williams (cant get a fight ans has beaten Margarito)
2. Cotto (beat Mosley, Clottey, Judah, Corley, fought Margarito and will face anyone.
3. Mosley Champ but want face williams and prove hes the Champ
4. Clottey- bad losses in his career- Cotto, Margarito, Baldomir all winable fights needs more heart.
5. FLOYD- Until he fights a true WW again he may be the best boxer but its like ranking him against HW. This is my favorite fighter and he will probably beat all of these guys with te toughtest being P williams.

Margarito, Berto, Collazo are second tier fighters until they prove themselves.

Wrong, those guys were all way too big at the divisions they started at. Floyd was huge at 130 also but Shane and Oscar are more natural welters than little Floyd is.

Why should he be trying to be the best welter, this is a guy who was a super featherweight, had he stayed at 130-135 and milked it for years people would be complaining, look how small Floyd is, he doesnt even look right being so muscular, he's just not naturally a welter point blank.

You say PBF is not a welter, but makes another lifelong featherweight fight at welterweight... PLUS the day of the weighting, he comes out at 146lbs, when the limit was 144lbs...
