Absolutely. I saw no situation with this outcome. Quite shocking. But I did call out flaws I saw in one of his previous fights and the possibility he would get caught with something.

Whaaaaaaat? Of course this comes like 12 hours after I commented in the other thread about Nontshinga on how he should just jump into an unification match with Teraji seeing that Gonzalez was about to get stripped.

Oh well, hey Curiel you got any interest in fighting Teraji? Light flyweight could use an undisputed unification attempt and it will be interesting.

Even then, you don't expect the guy to catch him to have 4 knockouts

Just shows records can be deceptive. Some people are matched tough early, or some have loads of 4 and 6 rounders with journeymen who survive for a living to fight the week after, so the fighter never gets much chance to build up a KO% but can still **** with the right shot.

Not everybody with a small amount of knockouts is a Sunny Edwards, who I believe has almost no knockout power, but very good boxer.

Considering Curiel isn't exactly a lock in any way to be able to keep his belt long term, a cash out attempt with 3 belts in line should be nice. He's no Inoue purse, but still should be better payment than what he likely could get against anyone else in 108.
