I very rarely commented during the build up to the fight 'But I did state that it was nowhere near the level of match up that Mcgregor vs Mayweather Junior was'.

Also? People must understand. Before Fury fought Wilder I, he was not really a big fighter even within the UK.

The UK is a sporting nation, do not be fooled by boxing staging stadium fights 'UK fans in mass will turn up and support most sporting events, and UK based athletes when they are competing'.

A true test of a big fighter, is? Do they still do good business after suffering a loss 'Anthony Joshua right now, is still a bigger global boxing star than Tyson Fury, his brand has been more tested than Fury's'.

Tyson Fury innately for me, I don't rate him as a block buster fighter 'Many people dismiss the part in which Deontay Wilder played in helping transcend Fury's career, Wilder was a bigger business fighter than Fury before their first fight'.

And I would imagine that Ngannou vs Wilder, would be a more intriguing a bigger match up than Ngannou vs Fury.

Note: Tyson Fury is not really on the level of superstardom that his hardcore fans, and once again? Media have claimed. The UK fans will turn up and support most UK Based fighters in mass, I don't think it is a big achievement staging a stadium fight within the UK between two good level fighters.

The majority of people who turn up to those events, are not really hardcore boxing fans 'And I would imagine they are not really a knowledgeable crowd. That is the difference between a genuine mega fight in America, compared to the UK. The majority of fans are there to sample the atmosphere sing a few songs, and booze 'Which is not a entirely bad thing, but what I am saying is? Do not be fooled or get carried away when a UK based fighter is involved in a few stadium fights'.

Anthony Joshua is the only true global UK boxing superstar, I believe his brand has been more tested than Fury's etc.

Dam, that's too bad, Fury with another L on top of struggling with an MMA fighter and arguably losing.

Tyson Fury vs Andy Ruiz in Las Vegas should do decent numbers, that'll help the sport out. Battle of the Bellies.

That means all these massive payouts for future fights have dried up for the fighters.

Nobody talks about the impacts to the sport when fighters are overpayed but it has major negative effects. Guys will hold out not fighting each other waiting for big pay days. Or if they are under a big contract like GGG under Dazn who had high guarantees regardless who he fought, he was happy to fight steve rolls for 10 million, that destroys the sport.
This is nothing new. HBO massively overpaid for Roy Jones' defences of his light heavyweight belts. Them getting stung for defences against the likes of Glen Kelly led to HBO ignoring the sanctioning bodies and not allowing them to be a factor in the fights they wanted to make.
