Didn’t spence struggle with Porter as well.....and didn’t spence have a struggle with brook and didn’t Crawford stop Porter.......spence like Crawford had question marks over some of his wins just Crawford so this idiot writer trying to make spence some kind of behemoth minster is plain ridiculous

I said it before, Spence is taylor made for Crawford, Shawn Porter too. They like to come forward and be first. That’s why when they fought each other it was messy. Crawford just had to do Crawford. Wait on their attack and time them with crisp hard counters.
I think he has a good chance of beating Canelo if that ever happens.

Spence had no power nor punch resistance. Making 147 completely killed him. You could see it in his skin and the sound of his voice. The weight was affecting him even before the crash. It just caught up to him. I want to see the rematch at 154. Should Crawford win then he has Spence number simple and plain

Please, let's have this rematch @ 154 before January 1st, so we can move on! Crawford sounds insecure, and too defensive lately!

bud is just so sensitive about the criticism he got about his level off opponents over the years, he must mull this stuff in his head over and over, well, bud, things havnt changed, the guys u fought over the years are still the same guys, spence to me actually looked ill physically, thats not the same as beating an active prime guy on a great run, thats what spence looked like v brook actually, sharp and determined, u could even see it in the run up, spence looked half asleep in the bud run up at times lol, u want to something, well fight boots so and do a job on him, thats not an easy fight & if boots turns out to be all they say he is, that win will age and u will be a legend like u want even, u took him out first when hes looking great too, thats how u do it actually

Whether the outcome will be different, or not, I just want it to happen, so we can move on! I know for sure it will happen the same @ 147! Only person I want to see Bud fight at 147, is BOOTS!

Spence got beaten down once, should not fight Crawford again even at 154. It would surprise most fans if Spence could come back from that and win. Crawford can't beat Canelo unless he brings a ******* to the ring.

Crawford is simply using his new leverage to negotiate better compensation in the rematch, as he should. Both Spence and Crawford want to get paid, but the general sports fan feels that this rivalry is settled so not many fans are clamoring for a rematch. This means that a rematch (at 147 or 154lbs) isn't likely going to generate the buys that the first fight generated; and that fight sold fairly underwhelmingly (~$650K PPV buys) for a supposed superfight. Crawford is insisting on 147lbs instead of agreeing to 154lbs (which he admits probably suits him too) as a bargaining chip to get a better cut of the proceeds. If they rematch, it will certainly be at 154lbs, but Bud is going to walk away with the substantially better cut. Spence is the guy who needs this rematch for redemption, not Crawford.
