This is why roach picked this fight and not with Shane (and for the money factor as well). People think Cotto will win though and don't even look at the style match up.

This is exactly what happened to De La Hoya. You can't handle a southpaw if you are left handed and choose to fight orthodox. Barrera (left handed orthodox) got ****d by Pac the same way, yet he puts up a valiant fight against Marquez - who gave Pacquiao all he could handle.

De La hoya almost got schooled by an over the hill 5'6 southpaw Whitaker when he was in his prime. Yet people still thought Pacquiao was going to get stomped.

This will be a one sided beat down of Cotto . I don't even see him landing as much as De La hoya unless he get's desperate and starts swinging for the hills.
Yeah, but... but... Cotto is bigger!

      is he really any bigger?

He's 5'7 with a 67" reach. He's the slowest fighter Pacquiao has faced ever in his entire career.

He's a bit thicker then Pacquiao but he's also a bit softer to.

Based on some coments, the only weapon left for Cotto is his jab as a counter.
I think that can be enough.

No they don't. Why are you exaggerating? Anyone with eyes can see Pacquiao's defense isn't the best in the world. Again, nobody said his defense was incredible.

You know what? Cotto's defense isn't great either. He leans in with his head which is ****ing ridiculous (see the Clottey fight) and leaves a gap for shots straight down the pipe, plus he's still vulnerable to uppercuts.
