It could be a classic fight and i can`t wait because the possiblity of Pac losing is very much there. I am excited for Morales and i hope he beats that drone Pac Man! But the companies always charge so much cos they know people will pay it. It doesn`t make it ok to charge so much though!

Hey I agree..ppv's are rediculous, but there is just NO way I'll miss this fight. It has too much potential for excitement to miss it, and waiting on the replay a whole week later (minus the undercard at that!!) isnt an option I'll consider.

Well, its all over in 3 days and we can all discuss the winner of this fight against Barrera ( although i personally feel HBO might score this fight a draw so that neither lose and a rematch could happen easy ).

There isn`t gonna be a KO in this fight. It would be to damaging to the careers of either man. There is too much money invested in both fighters. Only way a KO happens is if for example Pac man is winning on points, really big lead and is stopped in the last round by Morales. Then they could get a rematch but HBO won`t make a one sided verdict cos then they damage a fighters marketability. It makes more sense for HBO to do what they did in 1999 with the Lewis/Holyfield fight and make a draw. It just presents more options!

Yeah, watching it a week after alone or even with some friends, it's just not as exciting when watching it live with this very loud crowd among you. And some drunk and ready to brawl themselves. That's a good memory you can't buy. And I could still rewatch the fight the day after and study it by myself, and still be ahead of of you.

I'm a big boxing fan, but I'm not fortunate enough to afford $45 without sacraficing something, so I feel you there Slipx. That's why I ask a couple of friends to spare five bucks each. And I'm even willing to give ten bucks myself for this type of fight. I could sacrafice one value meal at some burger shack to see this fight. And from what I understand you could too, but choose not too. What's five bucks to spend great times with friends watching the sports you love? And if I'm not mistaking from your age (20?), you'd probably be spending time with your friends anyway. So why not do it in style? And from someone who live, breathe, and sleep boxing, those reason mentioned above should be worth it not having to stay away from boxing site and what's going on in the sports up-to-date. But I guess you're saving your money when you turn pro and manage and promote yourself?

Oh, and please, don't compare this type of fights to King's Struggle for Supremacy PPV.

BTW Kimmy, don't tell me you were one of the people who paid $50 for King's PPV mentioned just above this line because two of the fights is for a title?

Being at University i don`t even own a TV let alone cable so i couldn`t order it if i wanted to. My mother has cable but she lives in another country. I wasn`t speaking from my view point i was speaking from a matter of principle. The price of the pay per view is too much but its relative to who you like i guess. I`m not a big Morales or Pac fan. I love Hopkins, and Evander when he could still fight. The Holyfield Vs Lewis first fight. I would have paid 50 bucks to see it ( not knowing before hand of course wht the fight would have been like!)

Kimmy that is just idiotic. So you're saying the fight is fixed completely. Go away. Seriously, leave, stay gone, fool.

If you think I don't know my boxing then I suggest you point me to a post I've made that shows it and back up your claim.

lots of balls you have, wait until m00ks flames then step in and try to gang**** me...obviously an uncreative bottom feeder
SLIPX ... First, I'm surprised you remember anything, given what little boxing fact you have retained while in "school". Further, you are your own worst enenmy. Why? Because you don't provide an opinion and then back it up. Your "schooled" logic is akin to saying "I'm right and you are wrong"

Every time you open your mouth, you say nothing, but prove just about every point thats ever been made against you. Face it, you are simply unimaginative, dull, ill informed, and can't defend yourself worth a ****. If you want evidence to your own ******ity, look at this very post. Fifty bucks is problem for Morales-Pac? WTF?

By the way, HBO Canada is showing the fight for about $30 US. I'd invite you up here to watch, but I don't think you're allowed to stay up that late.
