I always rated Fulton high (still do) and thought this was going to be a very difficult test for Inoue. Very impressive performance for the Monster.

So, I just watched the fight..
Fulton literally thought the round was over and started walking to his corner, after he was knocked down. The referee failed miserably to stop this fight..

Big props to Inoue, a fantastic display and,vto be able to do that to a fighter like Fulton, he is very very obviously the real deal.
