We dont know what Williams would do, do we, because he wont take the fight because it would be too risky and not enough money, but yes Williams is a tough mother****er... as far as Kirkland is concerned he standsa no chance out or not... Why people hate on Vanes I dont know. He beats a kid name Billy Lyell with messed up right hand and people get on him, when Lyell would go and embarrass John Duddy in his very next fight and now is ranked by the WBC in the top 15... and then he beats Andre Tsurkan into quitting in 6 rounds, something that took Angulo 10 rounds to do.. he sweeps the floor against a guy who was 18-0 (michael Medina) who was a Latino wbc belt holder and has gone undefeated since and Angel Hernandez who was embarrased by Vanes and look at his resume.... and everyone wants to tell me who has he fought? who the **** has dzinziruk fought? who the **** has PWILL fought? Carlos freakin Quintana beat him up and he fought a winky wright who hadnt fought in some 2 years... and Angulo got beat up by the first boxer he had seen and will ever see if his promoters are smart enough....


and dont get me started on Cory Spinks.... the only person i respect in the division in Sergio Martinez and he's the one that will give Vanes the most problems and am not sure VAnes is ready for

there now that I got that out of the way I have to break down a bit of your claims.

1. PWill- while you respect him you also have to respect that he is at the upper echelon of fighters at 154 and Vanes isn't in there YET (capped so you dont get all offended). In fact has Vanes even fought a top ten opponent yet? *looks at boxrec* nope

Pwill had to move up the rankings to get his shot Vanes does as well simple as that

2. I don't think the comparison is fair when it comes to Duddy vs Vanes. Duddy in reality has been hyped up but has always fought to the level of opposition so I don't think anyone in here regarded him as a top prospect to look out for. Also, it's Billy Lyell who cares? the same Lyell who got starched by David Lopez...do you want me to go comparing them two and saying how Destroyer is better than Vanes?

3. The Tsurkan vs Angulo fight should have been stopped LONG before the 10th you know that. In fact everyone in the crowd got on the ref for not stopping it so it's kind of unfair to use this against Perro when he beat his ass from start to finish like he should have.

4. Medina? cmon man NO ONE knows who he is at all and while you are handy to use boxrec for the nugget that he is undefeated since losing to Vanes you failed to divulge two of those fighters were to fighters with 21-14 and 8-21 records.

5. sorry but the use of Hernandez when talking resume easily points to how you have to try hard to find quality wins for Vanes. Hernandes is simply past his best days and has been for quite some time. Hell Hernandez might be Vanes best win to date ...thats bad.

6. back to Pwill. Who has he fought? Margarito ****s all over Vanes entire resume. Winky ****s all over Vanes entire resume. I mean hell you want to use a Winky leftover (Hernandez) when talking up Vanes but yet Winky is not a good win? LOL. Also I say destroying Quintana in less than a round more than makes up for losing the first time and is still better than anything Vanes has done to this point

7. I liked how you used the right hand issue with Vanes YET when reports of Angulo being really sick came out for his fight with Cintron you fail to mention that. Kind of selective IMO

anyway I like Vanes he is a good kid and enjoy interviewing him. I think he has the stuff to be a champ so I hope TR does him right
