He apparently doesn't know as much as he thinks he knows about the subject, because Tyson was the epitome of a superstar in his heyday.
He commanded PPV in order to watch his fight's, Kid Dynamite himself, and he fought everybody during his reign.
Knocked out most of his opponents in spectacular fashion, and those opponent's were bums many of them were current or former champion's themselves.
He fought about 12 champions, some of them twice; Holmes, Spinks, Botha, Ratliff, Berbick, Smith, Thomson, Tucker, Tubbs, Douglas, Holyfield, Seldon, and Lewis.
He fought fighter's who towered over him since he was only 5"10", and yet he still defeated them mostly by knockout, he was a fighter to behold in action.

Holy shlt....those names
Holmes only after he''s been vegetating on the couch for 2 years
Got humiliated by Holy 2x
Got humiliated by an equally shot Lennox
(I chuckle when Mike fans say Lennox beat up a shot Mike)
Got humiliated by Mr 44to1
Those other names are pitiful
I'm shocked you even mentioned them
I do agree
Mike was, and still, is a superstar mainly because he beat up a bunch of bums or the worst versions of a guy (Holmes, Spinks)
It's interesting that all these guys who are picking Benviedez to win have Hispanic surnames: Andy Ruiz, Jr., Yordenis Ugas, Amanda Serrano, Brandon Figueroa, and Rey Vargas

We aren't infallible, we can be wrong and often are often do make mistakes. Welcome to the reality of life, and the world we live in.
That said Tyson stating that Benavidez beat's everyone in the division is high praise from one such as he who is such a boxing historian, and practitioner of the sport.
Benavidez is more than a hand full for any boxer to contend with in the squared circle, my recent concern is how emotionally angry he's been, and how drained his body look's.
I may be reading these signs all wrong, but it's usually not a good thing for fighter's to go into a fight all wound up, and looking as if he's lost to much weight.
This should really turn out to be an excellent fight between two of the elite fighters in their division, I mean it doesn't get much better than this.
I agree, being so angry could work in Plants favor, hell their are boxers that TRIED to make you angry on purpose cause it made the fight easier for them.
Im also concerned with Benividas looking so “drawn out”. He looks too thin AND he looks DEHYDRATED. He may of OVERWORKED himself. Im concerned he had to do this to make weight. Hes a big man. Looks well over 200 pounds when not fighting.

Fact's as far as I can see. I think he's been in the wrong division for quite some time now. Let's see how he does in his present condition, maybe he'll be like lightning.
If he's not like lightning, and he has weakened himself beyond his best fighting peak by losing that weight, then he is in serious trouble to say the least.
