Videos are up.
I added BoxRec stars, I think it looks nice. I was thinking about adding, lets say, total number of opponents faced rated 5/ 4 stars. Like a quick summary of level of opposition faced (even though BoxRec is not infallible). Maybe I will do it later. What do you think? Also additional videos are available at: , which I think no one uses, but it is there
And last but not least hurray for Davis' fights being finally available in great quality.
I had had some problems getting it working but I got it up now. Tried a few times when you first put it up but whilst I got the page it wasn't showing any of the videos
Just for reference for anyone else who wants to use it, logging in as a guest didn't seem to work for me, I needed to actually register and make an account... and it didn't seem to work first time I tried either, but I got it up now.

Yeah, I wasnt really able to test it for how it works for others. So you typed your username under the chat and it wasnt working? You needed to register?
I set it up that you need to provide username, you cannot be anonymous.
And what about skipping to other videos, does it work?

I got a coupla other things to do right now, but I'll have a little play with it this eve and report back.
EDIT: Ah... OK. So I had tried to use Koba and Citizen Koba as a guest but it knocked me back... turns out CitizenKoba without a space in it worked fine.
Mmm. Okay.. so it seems to work fine with any guest name you like so long as it ain't already in use and it conforms to their requirements (ie no spaces etc). Pretty sure it wasn't letting me do that originally but it seems to be quite happy with it now.

Thank you for trying it and the feedback. I tweaked permissions a little and now every guest that provides username (field right under the chat, type the username and press ENTER - I wanted it like this so we can see who is who) can play whichever fight (when you look at playlist under the player, there will be play button for each video).
Disadvantage of this type of streaming is that no one (except designed leader) can rewind/ fast forward the videos and that cannot be changed. It is reasonable because it is meant as a place when the videos are watched in groups and it would be chaos if everyone could manipulate the player (and technically difficult) You can always click on the fight in playlist and it has link to youtube/ dailymotion.
My initial idea was to use the site as some sort of extension to this "the single best and most fun little corner of the forums" as you called it Koba, create a sense of community by maybe watching the videos in group with chat but that is probably too difficult to arrange as we all have different time zones/ posibilities
So for now I use the site as a sort of archive, because you can save links to videos under different playlists (for each boxer).
