If Shane Mosley wasnt such a D**K head I would listen
to what he has to say BUT the fact that he was hounding
Pacquiao and begging him for a fight while disregarding
    Williams/Berto/Clottey/Cintron, makes me say whatever
when it comes to him bashing Floyd. Mosley is such a phony
as of recently. Its obvious he is trying to retire after one
more big fight that he is as transparent and see through
as a glass window. He is complaining about Floyd picking
on a smaller Marquez BUT Mosley wanted to fight a smaller
    Pacquiao? Mosley= ANNOYING.

Shane is right 100% on this one.

Floyd beats little Marquez a lightweight fighter and his diehard fans go nuts. Sure it was a dominate performance and obviously it would be considering all the advantages are on Floyds side.

Anyone in their right mind knew Floyd was gonna spank Marquez, only the Marquez nuthuggers believed Marquez had a chance which HE DIDNT.

Perfect example is Hopkins fighting lower class fighters to make a name or himself. Bernard dont do that.

The difference is Pacquiao dipped his toes into the WW division dominating Delaquitter so now people consider him as a legitimate WW contender. Thats why Mosley wants a piece of Pac as well cause he knows Pac can fight at WW if he wanted to.

As for Marquez, anyone in their right mind knows that Marquez has no business above 135. So Floyds win over him was seriously a given.

Can you say DOUBLE STANDARD? If Pacquiao could contend at
WW then how come he is fighting a PRIME Miguel Cotto at 145
instead of 147? The only reason why Pac fought Oscar at 147
was because Freddie knew that Oscar would be road kill on fight
night. Freddie had the inside scoop! I should have known better
thinkng Oscar had a chance because once Freddie said "If Manny
loses this fight then I wont get paid" it was pretty much a done
deal and easy win for Pac. There is a firm possibility that Pac/Cotto
could be Marquez/Floyd all over again but this time with a KO on
            Lil man.

Many don't agree with the catchweight against Cotto,

but the one thing you can't deny,

              Manny is in fact,

              fighting Miguel Cotto.

Doesn't say much for Floyd since hes been in the division since 05.

"oh Cotto, he needs to get his PPVs up".

Is trueooh is true. Thats why sprayweather won't fight Pac-man. His last two opponents stlyes were tailor made for him, and Pac is not, which is why Jr is ducking him.

Some of you on here kill me with this "Floyd beat up on a Lightweight"
CRAP. Didnt Mosley move up two divisions and beat Oscar De La Hoya?
Hold up, to make sure Im correct in my post, let me print the facts.....

"Sugar Shane started his pro career in 1993, By 2000 he had fought 38 fights to a 38–0 (36KOs) record, beating undefeated Phillip Holiday to win the IBF lightweight title. He made 9 title defenses and moved up 2 divisions to face Oscar De La Hoya for his welterweight title.

Didnt Marquez try to do the same thing? And if Im not mistaken, so did
Pacquiao? So what makes Floyd so wrong for fighting a Lightweight moving
up in Marquez? Wasnt like other Lightweights didnt have success before
RIGHT?! Its ridiculous the double standards on here.

Thats why Bob Arum said that "Miguel Cotto wasnt ready
for Floyd Mayweather Jr at 140" You saw Cotto at the Gatti
fight with Hatton. Both were potential opponents for Floyd
and BOTH the fights NEVER happened. Even Jim Lampley
said "Miguel Cotto could be Floyd next opponent but I highly
recommend he reconsider" Some of you on here are something
                    else.

Floyd had a choice between Shane and JMM as his comeback scrap......he chose JMM.....not because of his p4p status or drawing power but because it was the EASIEST fight.....one more time.....NOT the BEST but the EASIEST!!!.......this was a sharade from jump street......Floyd didnt even make the weight......the guy was way too small and slow to even be in the same ring with him!!!.......take Floyd's nuts outta yall mouths, take the pomm pomms off and think about what just happened here!!.....I know the space age is upon us but the most LOGICAL space is between your ears......USE IT!!!!........Floyd DOES hand-pick his opponents!!!
