nobody wants pbf to duck mosley but i think he should fight the winner of pac and cotto 1st before mosley.mosley knows if he fights berto or clottey 1st he has a chance to loose and that means no big pay day for him after that loss.not pbf fault that hes been sitting on his backside since margo win and now hes despearte to get back in the ring

Mayweather is going to wait til cotto-pac fight..if cotto wins he will consider fighting mosley,but if pac wins he will fight pac...so hold your horses til nov.14..

I just think that Mayweathers` ribs and, arguably, the best body-puncher in game (Cotto) do not belong in one sentence...

Also, by the time Mosley gets a fight he can very well be done...

And one more thing, even if Mosley has one more fight (either Clottey or Berto) and looks spectacular in winning, i think he has only one winning fight left... He is hungry right know, but should he fight two times within , say, half a year he can lose the second fight...

i think in a way hbo has help ruin boxing this year as it was a weak year compare to 2008....i think if they could do it all over again they would of never sign the gbp deal and as far as mosley he duck floy first when floyd called him out he had a toothache...so in life sometimes you gotta eat what you sold....he seems desperate and has no one to blame but him

This is opinion is so simplistic as to be laughable. And it displays a street-corner mentality that betrays a lack of knowledge about the boxing business, and business in general.

When has a top fighter ever, EVER agreed to a fight on the spot? Even if do DO intend to fight the guy, if you are the one with negotiating leverage, why would you give it away by making an on-camera commitment three minutes after you just fought 12 rounds?

Stop nut huggin and accept that Floyd is scared. Its not to commit to the fight its to understand that there is a true welter calling you out on national T.V. and defend yourself so you wont look scared and intimidated by the the man thats on the other side of you, just like many boxers do, they defend themselves in a respectful but assuring manner letting thier fans and the world know that they are not scared to fight but if the fight is put together they will take. Truth. I think it would be a great fight,and stylewise it would make for a better fight than PBF v Pac or PBF v Cotto. The trouble you got here though, is the partisan nature of the majority of his fans on this forum. They arent privvy to Floyds real thoughts,but sadly, they take everything he puts out there in the press and in front of the camera as if its gospel.

Speaking of ducking, didnt shane straight out say he doesn't want to fight paul williams because of styles.

Really how the **** Pac handing picking cotto. Cotto and Pac both are top rank fighters. Both are far bigger draw than shane. Shane being despearate for a fight with pacquaio and lying to the press about the fight being accepted didnt help him either for that fight.

Its not our fault that shane wanted to big money fight and ducked paul williams, and then turn down a fight with Berto, clottery, cotto rematch.

I can respect him for saying he doesnt want Williams because of styles. To me, thats his way of saying, I CANT BEAT WILLIAMS. Mayweather on the other hand results to insultimng guys or saying this guy is easy work or how many PPV's did so and so sell. Well, how many PPV's did JMM sell, he still got the fight. All the Mayweather faithful for some reason or other dont seem to think that fighting Mosley is a good thing. I dont understand how any boxing fan would not want to see that fight. Who else doesn Mayweather turn to?? They need each other. Floyd needs Shane just as much as Shane needs him. Suppose the winner of Pac/Cotto decides they need a year off, whats Floyd gonna do in the meantime?? Suppose its Cotto that wins the fight. Whats Floyd going to do? Everyone seems to have Manny peciled in as the winner. i think Cotto will stop Pac. If that happens, then Mayweather will go into retirement claiming there are no more fights out there for him.
