I'm not denying Morrell is skilled he showed a lot yesterday he can take a decent punch, he carries his power late and most importantly he's fan friendly. He was there the entire time throwing combinations and while he did tire a bit he gained his 2nd wind and continued more of the same. I think he can compete with the elite, all I'm saying is none of the elite are brawlers like that so it's going to be hard to land the way he did last night against the others.
All I'm saying is that he can compete, and win against any elite fighter around his weight class. Actually, I'll favor him over canelo, he's faster, bigger and a better boxer than ginger., then plant and benavidez, who else fo you think can put a dent in his armour?

I mean he went the distance against Allen and almost went the distance against a punching bag in Aidos but if you say so man, maybe next time he calls out Benavidez he will actually keep his word and not cower behind his management like a puss. Funniest thing was him calling Benavidez a ***** saying if he doesn't want to fight when he knows Benavidez has a fight scheduled already against Plant. All clout chasing at it's finest.

Yes, he did went 12 rounds with Allen, in his second or third fight, how many prospects do you know has gone 12 rounds in his third fight? Your opinion about Adiós is baseless. The guy was 16-0-11ko, why do you call him a punching bag, is beyond my comprehension. In any case we all have different opinions. We don't have to agree. Be safe

I mean I called him a punching bag because he ate punches all night, his unfortunate condition at the moment is a result of that. It seems like you are comparing the quality of Aidos vs Plant, Canelo and Benavidez though so I'm not sure what you are trying to suggest if anything he's closest to Yildirim.

He was a punching bag, because the quality he was facing, the condition he's in, God save him, is because the ref abd his corner were a bunch of incompetent sob. And not, he's wasn't close to Yildrim, Yildrim would have going down in the first round. He was solid prospect with 9 more fights than Morrell Jr, a good test, which he passed with flying colors. Check benavidez, plant and canelo resume, who they were fighting in their 8th fight? Be safe, by the way, it's okay not to like a fighter, but don't be blind because of it.

Yeah, the only boxer Morrell has fought with a losing record was in his first pro bout. Everyone else since then has been, at least on paper, a good to very good fighter. David is excellent; I could see that from early on. The only question remaining is how high his ceiling is. I’m very hopeful. This kid can be a star.

I don't like Morrell as a person because he talks **** and then backtracks but I already gave him his credit as a fighter.

What I stated was he fought someone who was there to be hit. Plant, Benavidez and Canelo don't stay that stationary and they all have better head movement. Canelo is going to be out healing from his surgery but Morrell can fight the winner of Benavidez and Plant so he can put up his paper belt in a interim unification.

Canelo and Benavidez turned pro as teenagers with very little amateur experience you can't compare that to Morrell who already had an extensive amateur career.

Morell Jr has 135 amateur fights, not that extensive considering where he came from. He's not the driver of his career, DeCubas and now his new trainer are. He wants to fight benavidez, and would whoop canelo's a$$ if they ever fight.

Morrell would beat the **** out of Charlo, plant but hes not ready for canelo not yet.

                    Benavidez would be 50/50

do you really think that canelo has a chance against Morell jr.? Every time ginger has fought a boxer, he has looked like crap. Even plant make him look silly at times. And Morell jr is a boxer-puncher, I don't think he will face him, they know he can't compete with him.
