That will keep the fans interested. We've seen that happen with the highest paid athlete ever and with a lot of fighters throughout history but all fighters, no matter how skilled, will eventually find themselves in a brawl at some point if they keep fighting the top guys, Valdez failed the task, but doesn't mean that others will.
Whittaker vs Hurtado, Lara vs perro and hurd, comes to mind more recently, and Duran vs Leonard to some degree. I agreed with you 100%.

Stevenson looked huge in there against Valdez and yet your calling out a guy from a lower weight class to move up and fight him lmao not surprised that idiot oldskoolg liked your comment

We all know that’s boxing but Shakur is the young guy coming up, easier to make lower weight at 24. By 28 Stevenson will be a full-fledge welterweight.

Tank been losing tons of rounds to dudes 100x less talented than Stevenson plus I bet Stevenson would be huge compared to Tank like he was last night. Tank would get beat IMO

SS vs Navarrete is the only fight i wanna see at 130 for the kid. Nobody is gonna beat him but Navarrete is big and will have a 4 inch reach advantage and has a good motor so it could be interesting. Stevenson looked huge last night in there so maybe 135 is in the not so distant future and that's where things start getting real interesting matchup wise with all the the talent there. I could see him fighting Nakatani or Commey as a first fight there to test the waters sometime early next year

more boxing skills. Stevenson does need to develop more power, but that can come with a proper trainer.
That was my exact thinking. Some trainers can simply help you change mechanics and become more powerful. If this guy wants to go down in the legend category, he is going to have to use more power. Vulnerability creates excitement and when the opponent is not vulnerable to your power, you are not exciting!!!!!!

Navarette and Shakur BOTH 5'7", and 126 to 130 is not a big leap at all! It would be a HUGE event, and Navarette can make it happen! I hope they do it NYC or ATL! Let Shakur gets some love from the crowd this time! He's earned it!

Yep. There is always an agenda with some people and it's easy to see through.
