[QUOTE=cupocity303;n31389853]Somebody needs to call out this guy on a major scale. Whether it's Usyk himself, or Joshua/Hearn or a major platform. He is delusional and in his own little bubble. I borrowed him for the Wilder confrontation but rooted against him when he fought Wlad, and would root against him if he fought Usyk. He is too arrogant and contradicts himself. Reminds me a lot of what people say about Floyd and the little bubble he lived in that sometimes gets burst by a Radio Host or TV host calling him out, and him losing his ****. Except Fury gets away because he has this Ricky Hatton-like common man exterior and also hiding behind his Depression/Suicide story, while trashing other fighters.
If you're really gonna retire, then also retire your EGO like Andre Ward did for example. Andre is completely in commentator mode. He is not out there trashing fighters in his weight class and how he would beat them. If you're really content enough with you achievements then go away and let the guys who are active and putting in the work do their thing without snipping at them from Twitter/Instagram. Which is what he did during his first premature retirement. Didn't like the attention Joshua and Wilder were getting. Since then Joshua lost and he barely got out from the Wilder fights considering the knockdowns and how close he was to getting counted out.
How can a guy retire after a 2015 career best win, miss out on 3 years of prime-time activity. Then be active from 2018-2020, go on another big layoff after the second Wilder fight (nearly 2 years on its own until they fought for a third time), rush to get a undisputed fight and when didn't get it, finally give the Mandatory his long overdue shot and then retire again.
Meanwhile Joshua has been at it for the entirety of 2015-2022, so
