Both are, or will be, All Time Greats. But I have to say Floyd at this moment. Names like Chicanito Hernandez, Corrales, Castillo, Pacman, and De La Hoya are much more attractive than GGG, Lara, Trout, Callum Smith, and Plant.

Canelo at 36 154 would be schooled again by a 23 yr old Mayweather, if Floyd was a real WW at the time he was a LW.

When Floyd was 21 he beat the brakes of HOF Genaro Hernandez, having his 17th pro fight, Genaro if by magic was a MW he would give today's Canelo hell.

When Canelo fought Floyd he was 23 and undefeated in 42 fights, 10 were WT fights, he was coming of beating Trout Mosley and Lopez, when Floyd beat Hernandez he came of 17 fights beating nobody. When Floyd was in his 42nd fight as Canelo was Floyd was beating the biggest names in boxing and nearly all of them were HOF guys .

There ain't nobody in the game today that could beat Floyd saying they are the same size, what Floyd did to truly great fighters shows his ring IQ and skills is on another level.

Canelo is the best fighter in the world today where there are no household names to be great against so he jumps around weights bashing contenders and the fans love it, Floyds era had a killers row in it from 130-154, with Canelo I seen enough of the same faults with Plant that allowed Floyd to beat him so easy to know he would do it again, Plant isn't 50% of what Floyd is.

The only thing that beats Floyd is size, pound for pound he is the best since Leonard, Canelo is yet to hit that level and he might do it yet as he still got a few years to go, he needs dance partners and that HOF level of quality is not there right now, trinket collecting doesn't mean much against rated guys, and Andre Ward fight would have been huge on his resume, as it is GGG is the best fighter he has fought and not another HOFer insight from MW to HW.
