Just because one just lost, doesn't me he can't be one. If you look at the original lot, someone lost the first fight there too. The difference is no one was talking about 4 king back then. That's because it can only be done on hindsight. That's why your correct that it is crap, and we're all sick of this talk. But maybe someday we'll have something to talk about. But again, hindsight will provide the answers, not crystal balls. And it might not have any of these supposed kings involved.

I dont mean to write off Teo because of the one loss, it is more that they, apart from Loma,dont seem that interested in each other I do think Teo should stay away from Josh Taylor, though.
