i don’t begrudge them because I’m not the one getting my face punched in, but also, I DO begrudge them because I want to see them get their face punched in! Haha.
Yes, that's how o see it too! Thanks.

Context matters. So to answer your loaded question, you are suggesting that Crawford’s resume is better because he’s a 3 weight champ. That’s a factual statement of course but it intentionally ignores context.

Crawford has had a much longer career than Spence so he should be miles ahead of Spence in the greatness comparison conversation BUT he’s not.
I would say the same thing about Crawford even if Spence wasn’t in the conversation. Crawford’s record at 147 is a joke. It’s pretty simple. For a guy that’s been on the top 3 P4P list, it’s a shame that all he has to show for it is that he’s got a belt. Thankfully after last week, Canelo knocks him off that pedestal. And hopefully Porter nails that coffin shut with an upset win over him next week.
Yes, "context" is often conveniently overlooked. Good post.

Fraudford? Vacant belt after vacant belt.
So I guess ****ing up Viktor Postol Who had just taken the green strap off of the Machine Matthysse by ko...(only man to stop lucus by the way)...Doesn't count huh. YOU the one who must've forgot you dirty pos. Crawford unified vs a guy Danny avoided. Then unified everything vs a guy like you said, went into enemy territory & TOOK his straps. See how u bolstered Crawford's accomplishment all the while tryna fade it you B i * c h? Danny moved up than rather fight tc & aint won sh * t at welter. But you call him a top guy. Mikey fougjt Broner but not Bud. Now every welter not named shawn is doing the same. But they all avoided that man. Knock it off.

He has only grabbed one vacant against Dulorme in his first fight at 140. One of those belts Indongo grabbed was from Ricky Burns who Crawford had previously beaten at 135 to take a belt. Not to mention Crawford destroyed Indongo. I'm not sure how Indongo is more accomplished.

No, because I would have been inspired by "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather. Who accepted EVERYTHING that Oscar de la Hoya demanded.

            Oscar chose the judges
            Oscar chose the venue
            Oscar chose the split
            Oscar chose the gloves
            Oscar dictated drug testing terms
            Oscar chose the weight
            Oscar chose the ref

Floyd accepted it all, went in there and made history. Manny did the same thing - Oscar tried to bloat him, it didn't work.

THAT is what I want Crawford to do, because that's what proven great fighters do. And since he refuses to do it, no, I'm not giving him credit.

He is the B-Side to Errol Spence. The A-Side dictates the terms. It's always been that way.

His problem is he thinks he's the A-Side because of *ish* he did almost 10 years ago. It doesn't work that way.

I don't know, man. I'm looking at both guys' records and I just don't see what puts Spence so much above Crawford. Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, an undersized Mikey? These two guys need each other rather equally, in order to step up to the next level of greatness. 60/40 is a fair split. 65/35 is the absolute least Spence should offer. 70/30? Hell no!

Kell Brook - Top 5 welterweight when Spence fought him, unranked when Crawford fought him. Spence fought him on his OWN turf, Crawford forced him to the US
Mikey Garcia - called by the media as a Top 5 welterweight (and even before his recent loss they had him highly ranked).
Shawn Porter - Top 5 welterweight, multiple time champion. Nobody on Crawford's resume comes close to Porter
Danny Garcia - Top 5 welterweight when Spence fought him

                Nobody has dropped Errol Spence.

Gamboa damn near dropped Crawford, Kavaliauskas did.

Spence won belts on other people's turf. Crawford refuses to fight overseas after Ricky Burns took him the distance

Spence has defended his titles against dangerous opposition (Porter, Danny). Crawford has defended his title against guys he's supposed to beat.

Crawford lost ALL ROUNDS against the ghost of Kell Brook before Brook quit. Spence has never lost more rounds than his opponent, even Brook.

Crawford "can't sell out a family reunion". Spence pulled over 350k buys at max.

Crawford's promoter says he could build a house in Beverly Hills on the money he's lost him "nice house". Spence - nope.

Spence is a unified champion and has actively chased belt holders (who agree to his A-side terms). Crawford has not actively gone after anyone. He had a chance to fight Ugas and didn't. He could have fought Formella for his IBO, didn't. And oh by the way, he chose to re-sign with Arum knowing that he wouldn't get signature fights.

                It's not comparable.

Spence stopped Brook in the 11th round, 8 months after Golovkin gave him the beating of his career in 5. He was softened up and hardly completely healed. Crawford destroyed Kell in 4 rounds 3.5 years after Spence fought him and after he had risen to championship status again. Mikey Garcia is not a true WW. There's no universe where 5' 6" Mikey who's a SLW at best, ever presents a challenge to 5' 9.5" Spence, who is not only a natural WW, but also a big one. I'll give him credit for beating DSG, especially after that horrific accident. Crawford fights Porter in 4 days, a little more than 2 years after Spence. It'll be interesting to see how he fares in that fight, since Porter is a prime live dog. All things considered, I still don't see how you feel Spence is leagues above Crawford. It's one thing for Spence to make Crawford jump through hoops to fight him. It's another for him to light the hoops on fire too. It makes me wonder if Errol is truly confident that he can beat Terrence.
