Absolutely . Some boxing experts ,writers and historians have already P4P got him surpassing SRL . I believe a few more great fights and hands down there can be no argument

cosign.................if he beats cotto, PBF and mosley though.............i think he can............

ofcourse you will always find someone who will say nobody should be mentioning pac in a same sentence with hank and all that bs.....the thing is the ones who are giving all the praises to pac are mostly boxing fan whos seen many many fights like merchant and bert sugar...and you can say they prolly have something to do with the atg list also...
being compared to armstrong is a mere flattery but it doesnt mean that he can go that high in the atg list. good post still

Its not impossible, though I would say its improbable.

I think Pacquiao is more comparable with Duran than he is with Leonard, and at the moment he all ready got the better of two A.T.G in Barrera and Morales, and we wont count the ODH one, If he beat PBF, then surely he can get in the top ten ATG

Pacquiao did step up and beat Marquez, Barrera and Morales. You have to give him credit for that. Those three are potential hall of famers.

If he beats Cotto and Mayweather then he should be ranked higher.

He really doesn't have opposition like Hagler, Hearns and Duran around but a win over Mayweather would be huge.
