Can Manny Pacquiao Surpass Sugar Ray Leonard in the ATG List?

Todays fighters have greater skills, training technique, etc,....but don't have half the heart, and determination, the 'ol timers had.
The only difference is that Pac didn't need 15 rounds to win a fight.

The best fighters in Pac's resume are great but you can't compare them to Duran, Hagler and Hearns.

Leonard beat several guys who are routinely placed in the top 50 or so fighters ever. Manny would need to defeat JMM again, Floyd, Cotto and Mosley before we could even discuss this.
