Comments Thread For: Fury On Wilder: Most Dangerous Heavyweight On Planet; Can End Your Career With One Punch

Tyson Fury has been underestimated too often to feel overconfident entering his third fight with Deontay Wilder. The gigantic English heavyweight dominated Wilder during their rematch 19 months ago. The unbeaten WBC champion dropped Wilder twice, once in the third round and again in the fifth round, on his way to a seventh-round stoppage at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Whatever you think of Fury - the guy is a showman. A character. Can go from trash talk to selling his opponent and event like flipping a switch

He’s always been honest about the threat wilder presents. He knows that wilder is the #2 heavyweight. He isn’t blinded by bull shyt nationalism or bigotry like so many of the people who want to see wilder fail

Telling the truth that Wilder is the least skilled title holder in history wouldn't look good would it?

I'm a Wilder fan and rooting for him but give Fury mad respect and due credit for his ability as a boxer and more importantly as an entertainer. The dude knows how to sell a fight.

Well Fury has definitely faced a broad range of current top HWs to be able to gauge how good Wilder is relatively- Wallin, Seferi, Pianeta, Schwarz etc. And of course Wilder himself has faced the likes of Ortiz and.....Ortiz.

Least skilled doesnt mean less dangerous. Matter of fact a lesser skilled power puncher throwing wild shots like a tough man fighter can be even more dangerous than a standard power puncher.

Said exactly what he should have said. If he's thinking about anything else, I would be worried for him. Wilder is a serious threat until that final second or until he's stopped or knocked out.

Still, one very good trick that can come through at any time. Fury must respect it.
