I like his fights but come on, you dissed Loma with a false claim that Loma said he was a god... but you are with the Alis and the Louis's after 16 fights... Taylor will out-work you but it would be a great fight... oh for humble fighters!

Right now Lopez is up there with the great Leon Spinks and the great Buster Douglas. Guys who beat a great but weren't themselves. He does have a genuine chance to become one in time though. As of now he's just a kinda, of sorts, great lol.

It takes one to know one, and he definitely knows one (himself) - Loma is just Eastern European, like myself, when you're straight from there you have a different vibe that comes off ****y, at it is. But overall Loma has been respectful to everyone around him (minus little showboating in the ring).

Talks **** all the time, but can't understand why he's disliked? Can't wait till he loses and he will sooner than later!

Lopez was impressive against a good, if not great Commey, and that was a good start to his World Champ Status. A good win against Loma follows. He claims he's the only one to step up and fight him, but Haney was going to but was deprived by scandalous avoidance tactics. Teo won by 7-5 imo, but Loma didn't start until the 7th and the 5 he won were much more decisive. I would love to see the rematch, as I feel it was more a case of Loma losing the fight than Teo winning it. That said you can only beat the man in front of you. So whilst I would very much like to see the rematch, Teo still won fairly and I have no issue with him not doing it. I do have issue with his, not wanting to fight Haney, as if he wants to call himself undisputed, then he needs that last WORLD title. Not a bogus assed franchise one that has no credibility if it's not available to all fighters in all divisions. He's had a good win and a big win, but he hasn't cleaned the division out, as Taylor has above him. There's still some credible big fights he needs to take care of to make those claims.

I personally got to know Teofimo Lopez, his dad, mom, aunts & uncle's as well as his surrounding friends. He never trained in Brooklyn, he is from Davie, FL. What I dislike is that he never represents or talks about where he's from originally from which is Florida & reps. Brooklyn because he was born there. Didn't even go to school anywhere in NY. That's what I dislike the most, doesn't keep it real from where he grew up. And furthermore, after getting financial help from Honduras, he hasn't even done anything for that poor country. Talks a lot about God this, God that, but in reality he carries a lot of hate, & I guarantee you that he doesn't even worship the Man upstairs! If anyone wants to talk about haters, he " Teofimo Lopez", needs to look at himself in the mirror. And last, yes he can fight, & to me, he will bust some asses out there! But his humbleness has gone out the window & his ****iness has made a lot of people dislike him. That's why he believes he has haters! Until he humbles himself, he'll always be criticized for opening his mouth too much! I'm out, & I'm just keeping it real!

Lopez beat an injured Loma. He knows it and is the reason why he won’t give a rematch. That said, he’s probably #2 behind Loma at 135.

In the same interview Teo talks about fighting Taylor for all the belts in an undisputed vs undisputed fight at a catchweight anywhere from 137.5 or 138 or even 139 lol. He says, the way Tank and Santa cruz did. Firstly it's Undisputed vs unified. And secondly the fight would have to be at 135 for all belts. The moment you weigh in over 135 your not eligible for those belts at 135. So the catchweight is BS. Thirdly, the chances of getting all the bodies on board would be crazy lol. I like Teo but his imagination is a little far fetched lol.

Beat an injured Loma and is milking it for more than it's worth. He's been talking smack about the other top guys in the division pretending they're not at his level as an excuse to duck them, and he wonders why they dislike him? What happened to the brash guy who would fight anyone? If he'd shut up and fight the top guys in his division, he'd really secure his legacy. As is, all he's doing is tarnishing what could have actually made him worthy of mentioning in the same breath with the greats. He's never going to make HOF like this. Beat the other young guns, beat a healthy Loma, then move up and dominate 140, and his legacy is secure. Instead, he's ducking everyone left and right. What happened?
