Comments Thread For: Bob Arum: Fury Will Knock Wilder On His Ass Quicker This Time Than He Did Last Time

Bob Arum doesn't expect a new head trainer or anything else to enable Deontay Wilder to avenge his only professional defeat. Arum anticipates another knockout victory for Tyson Fury in his third fight with Wilder. The heavyweight rivals will fight again July 24, when Fury will defend his WBC belt for the first time in an ESPN/FOX Sports pay-per-view main event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

You have to favour fury based on the strength of the last fight, however, I get the peculiar inkling that this fight will go in a different direction

Is bob lying again? is there a mutual agreement to rig another fake draw to boost wilder's value and leverage? A draw does nothing to hurt fury's value and it sets up a fourth fake wilder fight.

the plan appears to be to keep matching fury vs wilder to build the rivalry into a frazier ali type money rivalry, while freezing AJ out of the lucrative american market.

Fury could well stop Wilder again. I don't know if it would be earlier or later rounds though.

Ok, old man what ever you say? However, when he doesn't you would be described as the world's greatest fool. Who let the biggest fight slip through his hands and gambled and lost. You are playing a very high stakes game of poker here. No, it's Wilder who is going to put Fury's on his ass quicker than the last time in less than three rounds and I fucking guarantee it!

Just like Wilder didn't have a leg to stand on in arbitration too, huh Bob?

Fury isn't a ko artist, he blugeons fighter's breaking them down round after round with his size weight & let's face it at 6'9 & 19 stone his pillow fists are going to hurt.
I was looking forward to Fury preasuring Aj & putting it on him & Wilder 3 isn't the fight we wanted but when as fans do we ever get the important fight's with a 90 yr old bake head know all know f all thief pulling the strings.

I called it last time hoping Fury could recapture the form he showed against Chisora breaking him apart.
So I'll call the same again with the focus Fury has today.
But ya never know, that right hand given the space daaam

Can’t blame Arum, he’s promoting a he fight. What is he supposed to say? Fury may not be mentally prepared and underestimate Wilder if he can’t play the psych game again with a bag of tricks.it maybe a long (orshort) nite for him if his psyche boomerangs
