Would DAZN pay more for AJ to fight here than they'd make on a Sky PPV?
Is it better for AJ to fight here again so he can build his profile here which will make fighting the winner of Fury v Wilder bigger in Vegas?

Hearn's made a very important statement in that interview that was glossed: He said "I am trying to get a commitment from Fury for a December fight (AJ)." This means that hearns believes this to be a possibility which in turn, means that he has self interest to give AJ a crap fight this time round. Hearns might well be looking at a scenario to pick the biggest tomato can, vis a vis the least dangerous opponent for AJ. That would not be Usyk. It may even come down to Ruiz vs Usyk, a true Hobsan's choice lol. Quick someone find AJ a Euro tomatoe can!_Rexy_ likes this.

I thought the whole plan was to become UNDISPUTED. Why would you drop a belt just cause you might get a little bit more money fighting someone else.
