Even though he's retired, you guys still try and **** on him with your bull**** hate threads. The people on here who know me, know that i'm not the biggest Calzaghe going but this is bull****!

It's funny how much more i appreciated how good Calzaghe was until he retired, especially when you look at what's on show at 168-175. Calzaghe wold eat all of them, even this version of Calzaghe. Maybe Chad Dawson would give Calzaghe a tough fight but even that would end up a comfortable for the taff.

Calzaghe's super skilled and a one-off. Real boxing fans will appreciate how good Calzaghe was and what he has achieved. Nearly all fighters should have done this and done that sooner, blah blah, but you can't just pin on Calzaghe, fess up.

Nah, Chunk is right. I'm not a Calzaghe fan and seriously dislike the guy but I don't going around hating on him, how could anyone hate someone so much, even though they're retired?

I seriously dislike the guy and LOATHE his punching style but the damn guy deserves his props. Winning 20 consecutive title fights is no joke whether they were bums or not. Not any fighter can do that and not any fighter can beat BHop and Roy even at they're advanced age. It hurt my to type that I'm going to sleep now

If Calzaghe wanted to, he'd beat Johnson, Dawson or any fighter in the Super 6, I'm also mad I said that, peace out yall.

it's not the same at all. only 8 out calzaghes 21 title defenses were against top 10 opponents according to the ring. save the "they have american bias" crap cause if they were biased wouldn't they rank tocker pudwill and will "kid fire" mcntyre? oh yea one of those 8 was manfredo btw lol! shows how crappy supermiddle really is.

while hopkins fought 16 out of his 20 title defenses against top 10 guys. he also won the title from mercado and lost it to taylor who were in the top 10. calzaghe beat eubank for the title who hadn't been in the top 10 for 2 years after he fell off.

and as far as being scared of coming to america. calzaghe was literally scared of coming to america. he said he was scared of flying lol! his fear suddenly subsided when hopkins and jones looked beatable though which is strange.
