Even though I picked Oscar De La Hoya to whip Manny's ass, I realize he was a dead man when he got in the ring. I didn't take into consideration of how a powder puff puncher in Steve Forbes was able to mess up his cheek bone and I underestimated how much the weight loss would affect him. Pacquiao went in there and took care of business nontheless, but with Roach's arrogant comments about the state of Oscar's condition it takes a lot of shine out of that victory. I knew the Hatton fight was a total sham before it even started. All that aside, my point is that JMM deserves to eat too, not just Pacquiao. I'm happy that he is getting this shot at Mayweather.

in roach 's mind hes convinced pac will beat floyd but so far hes been right in predicting fights that are almost no brainers, a floyd victory isnt a given for anyone especially someone who brawls all the time, so far the only brawler to do well against him convincingly was castillo and as good as pac is he doesnt have castillos mode of attack,which is a lot of work to the body and cutting off the ring.i see pac firing a bunch of straight shots and hitting nothing but shoulder.

Lol, Floyd and JMM needs Pac more than Pac needs them. JMM-Mayweather ticket sales are broke. They ain't getting that money without Pac.

Cotto should be able to beat Pacquiao considering he has been hit
by big guys and handled their power with exception to Margaritobut he went down after 10 RDS so that is impressive considering
that Margarito could of had plaster in his Wraps. IF Cotto loses
to Pac it will be because he can't handle Pac's speed and style
but I don't think Pac is that much of a big puncher when up against
bigger guys. It took him 8 RDS to get De La Hoya to quit and that
night Oscar was a walking corpse in the ring so Manny's in/out style
shouldn't be a problem for Cotto because Cotto will be fighting back.
If Cotto loses, then he should reavaluate his career and next moves.

margo is not noted to be a big puncher.
manny is a big puncher at lower wt, and has carried some power into the jrww.
cotto is big he can take manny's punches,...but nobody is sure yet.

oscar was a mangled meat starting rd 5.
oscar lasted 8 rds...because manny held some of his punches.
oscar was a sitting duck manny could've KO'd him in 5 if manny wanted to!!
manny had compassion on oscar, his idol until now!

We still don't know how good Manny really is above 130 because
135/147/140 he fought all easy fights. I think JMM has been more
battle tested. Though we may or may not have thought Manny would
be tested, fact of the matter is that he wasn't. Cotto will be Manny's
first stiff test above 130.
