[QUOTE=The Equaliser;5833641]I think I read that Rodrigues came from a pretty good upbringing and homelife...she was stripping/dancing to pay fole. Let's put it this way.I know & partied with hundreds of strippers & they all say the same thing...I'm going to do this & that & 10 years later they are still in the club...heard that one a million times! Good home or not she liked the criminal atmosphere...I know 2 strippers in the last 16 years who actually did something with their $$$.that's out of hundreds!

I usually don't make such ignorant statements but...

It's Brazil! Slip them a few and everything is set. I don't trust these guys at all, I think they are treating it as "One of our own is innocent" instead of "The evidence points to the suspect having no part in it" - can't trust them.

Of course Gatti partially brought this upon himself indulging a random whore, but yeah, these don't usually end in murders.

She doesn't. But a couple of guys paid to could easily do it.

I think the only way the Brazilian authorities will re-open this case and take her into custody again is:
1 - The 2nd-autopsy confirms secondary injuries not caused by suicide and the toxicology report shows traces of sleeping-drugs (temazepam, flurazepam, etc) in Gatti's system, which we can then assume were put in his drinks late that night.
2 - A personal computer that friends of The Gatti family took to Montreal police claiming it contained 'evidence of interest to his death' (read into that what you will). This has been sent from Montreal down to Brazil for examination (I hoping by the Brazilian Federal Police this time)

If neither of the above boxes get checked, then she's home-free, folks.

She was there a day before Arturo arrived - she could've hooked up with any number of guys in that time. Remember, people in Brazil are pretty much poor and f!cuking desperate.
And according the witnesses - she encouraged him to drink heavily that first night - why?

When you look to the theory of one or more guys strangling Gatti - and then hanging him from the stairwell afterwards to make it appear like a suicide, it all adds up.

This is messed up. The woman's demeanor looks like she had just won a reality TV competition. Very sad situation becoming sadder by the day.

Aside from the inheritance, if the determination of suicide is upheld, wouldn't the life insurance firm balk at releasing money to the beneficiary?
