the key to beating Cotto is to sustain a very aggressive attack against him, basically staying on constantly throwing punches and wearing him out.....Manny is very relentless when it comes to attacking his opponent.....we all saw what Margarito did against Cotto when he put the pressure on Cotto, loaded glove or not, Cotto could not sustain the pressure that Margs put on him.....

Also, i truly believe that this will be a very very good fight, I also think Roach is right on the money, Cotto will get fatigued and will end up taking a knee as Manny goes for the kill!!!

    Manny by 8-10 round stoppage!!!

I don't expect Pac to knock Cotto out, but Freddie Roach has been pretty accurate in his predictions lately.

cotto can't take pressure very well and gets tired half way through the fights,we saw it against marg and clottey, even though cotto wasn't close to being knocked down, you can tell when he receives hard punches he feels them and it affects him little by little, others can take punches well like marg took his,but cotto really cant it just slows him down little by little..imagine if little pacman beats a natural welter?

The only flaw with your logic is that cotto has gotten tired against larger
and arguably stronger opponents. Its never happened when he faces a fighter
            his own size or smaller.

Hey boxingBum76...why don't you post youre ignorant messages on a kids boxing fourm for pee-wees...youre commentary is as ignorant as you mentioning the Margacheato fight (that EVERYONE OVER LOOKs) because the punk was cheating with bricks in his hands ******. You suck camel nuts buster...you think pacman is ready after fighting an old greedy buster like Delawhorya..that buster even said it himself when he quit on the stool in spanish (we lose nothing if i quit) meaning he getting paid ...then pacman fought a drunk in ricky fatton that prepares for fights like he was in a beerfest...he doesn't even hit harder than cotto..FOOLS! The foolishness of this forum is asinine! hahaha...any1 that mentions Margacheato vs Cotto better put a huge * bigger than the zit on jupiter...that mF'er was cheating and he knows it...i don't know which bum said that cotto' got his ass kicced regardless of margacheato having bricks or not?>!>!> WTF? ok Ass clown did you know thats bascially attempted murder Fucc head and it makes a life threating difference Bombaclot bastard when youre getting hit with just gloves or gloves with bricks in it...what a maroon Only A braud needs an advantage when fighting a man.. COTTO in 8 or 9 rounds slug fest...Cotto will counter pac speed with excellant timing and Kidney shots he will also try to corner pacman with ring generalship and go off on him..he will utilize his hard left jab (pac might even hit the canvas from 1 of those jabs) ie:gomez, clottey as well all know cotto comes in sometimes overly prepared for his opponents ....lets see uhh...yea the young lion in cotto is no fatton or delahoopla...YOURE IN FOR THE FIGHT OF YOURE LIFE LITTLE PACMAN

Marg and clottey are about 170 lbs, Manny is 150 wet! Manny isn't gonna be the agressor in the sense of coming forward. He will try and go in and out, but he will be the hunted in this case and i can't say i've seen him handle that yet. I think manny is gonna have to box his butt off that night. Manny the boxer (if he is a boxer) can win, but Manny the fighter will get killed i think.

Im glad you put that link up. Great assessment of the fight and of Cotto by Mosley. I belive Pac will also be surprised by Cotto's underrated boxings skills. Man I wish I could hibernate until fight night.
